How to Request Account Deletion
At Noto.Ai, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to devparth27@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Noto.Ai"
- In your email, please include:
- The email address associated with your Noto.Ai account
- A statement confirming your request to delete your account and all associated data
- You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days
- Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days of confirmation
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your account information (name, email address)
- Your user profile and preferences
- Files you have uploaded to the application
- Summaries you have generated
- Your subscription information
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Data Retention After Deletion
Some information may be retained for a limited period after account deletion:
- Anonymized usage data for analytics purposes (without personal identifiers)
- Records required for legal and compliance purposes (typically retained for up to 90 days)
This retained data will not contain personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you.
